Birth Package-$650

  • Two face-to-face prenatal visits

  • Help writing a birth plan and a visual birth plan to present to your doctor, midwife, and nurses

  • Text, phone, and email support throughout pregnancy

  • Continuous support throughout labor and birth

  • Postpartum support for 1-2 hours following birth

  • Support initializing breastfeeding

  • One postpartum visit within the first week

Birth + Postpartum Package-$900

  • Everything included in birth package PLUS

  • 20 hours of postpartum support divided however you see fit

  • Includes light housekeeping, meal prep, breastfeeding support, babywearing and cloth diapering education, care for older children and pets, care for newborn while mother has some self-care time, educational support for mother and family

  • Help in the prevention of postpartum mood disorders and making appropriate referrals if help is needed

A la Carte

Birth Plan-$50

One prenatal visit for help with writing birth plan. This will include a visual birth plan to present to your doctor or midwife, and nurses. Click here for an example of a visual birth plan.

Postpartum Doula-$15/hour

Postpartum visits include light housekeeping, meal prep, breastfeeding support, babywearing and cloth diapering education, care for older children and pets, care for newborn while mother has self-care time, educational support for mother and family. Also help in the prevention of postpartum mood disorders and making appropriate referrals if needed.

Minimum of four hours.

Cloth Diapering Set-Up-$50

One visit to talk about cloth diapering where I will give you information and resources to begin. I will help you choose the best cloth diapering system for your lifestyle, provide a cost savings analysis, and create a customized wash routine for your diapers to ensure your cloth diapering success.
